UNITY Announces the Together, We Will Campaign
“Together, We Will!” is a campaign calling for positive change in a “spirit of unity.”
“Together We Will!” empowers and engages the voices of youth in advocating for needed social changes, preserving Native cultures, building greater self-reliance, adopting healthy lifestyles, protecting the environment, creating coalitions for effecting change, strengthening families, understanding tribal sovereignty, and participating in all levels of government.
“Together We Will!” calls upon Native youth, elders, Tribal and Village leaders, community members, government agencies, corporations, foundations, organizations, and individuals of all ethnic backgrounds to work together for change that will help build strong and healthy individuals, families, communities, and citizens of the global society.
You Can Help By becoming a partner in helping to sustain and enhance UNITY, its network of affiliated youth councils, and its youth programs and initiatives, and by sending your stories and photos describing how individuals, youth councils, and others are working together to make a difference.
